All Drafting and Engineering is quoted by the job

Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your pricing and it would be best if you can add a deliverable date on the request, so we do not miss your bid date.

Design development and estimating: Aspen Drafting works with your estimating department during the bidding process from schematic design into design development and through out the bidding process. Over the years our clints have found estimating with real Drafting and Engineering pricing is a benefit for the estimating department. Having pricing upfront also provides a time savings on the PM’s part. No more pricing out the drafting and engineering.

Custom applications will be quoted per application

Job site visits/job meetings (in Denver) Drafter $105.00 per/hr.

Job site visits/job meetings (in Denver) Engineer $135.00 per/hr.

Any other work, including non quoted revisions, performed on an hourly basis will be based on the per/hr. price listed above.

I.E. changes by the architects that do not reflect the contract documents are considered revisions.

• All shops include: cover, floor plans, frame elevations and details
         Unless requested otherwise by glazing contractor
• Sheet size: Architectural "D" (24" x 36")
• All shops display client's logo on title block
• All details half scale, Pricing of alternate scales shall be based on scale requested
• Price includes one check set to be reviewed by glazing contractor prior to submittal to Architect
• Credit application completion required for all new clients.

Payment Terms: Net 30.
Note: Other terms may be negotiated.
1.5% interest will be applied to late bills.
