Pricing

All jobs are quoted prior to work starting. Aspen Drafting offers three primary pricing options:

Option A: First Submission non engineered Shop Drawings Note: shop drawings have no engineering design review. All system design, load review, and anchor requirements will be the responsibility of the Client.

Option B: First Submission Shop Drawings with design Review by Aspen's engineering department. Note: shop drawings recieve a design review by an application designer. Review and comment on system design; load review and anchor review. This option does not include formal calculations (option C)

Option C: Formal engineering calculations with appropriate state P.E. stamp Note: this option is only available if taken concurrently with option B. Formal Calculations will be prepared and submitted after shop drawings have received Architectural approval and revisions are completed.

Job site visits / job meetings (in Denver) are charged on a "Per Contract" basis.

All other work performed on an hourly basis will depend on further terms.

I.E. changes by the architects that do not reflect the contract documents are not covered under typical contracts.

• All shops include: cover, floor plans, elevations and details
  Unless requested otherwise by glazing contractor
• Sheet size: Architectural "D" (24" x 36")
• All shops display client's logo on title block
• All details half scale, Pricing of alternate scales shall
  be decided upon decision of scale requested
• Price includes one set of reproducible copies
• Price includes one check set to be reviewed by the glazing contractor
  prior to submittal to Architect
• Smaller sheets available upon request
• Signed contract required before work will begin.

Payment Terms:
Note: other terms may be negotiated.
1.5% interest will be applied to late bills
2/10 net 30
